Deep Tissue Massage
With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, you can let me know very specific areas to apply this technique. At the University, I also was trained in psychological techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

This deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. Deep tissue massage is more than just a massage with deep pressure. The goals and techniques are different from other types of massage.

Specific areas for focus of deep tissue massage are often combined with my other massage therapies.
Reflexology Massage
Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology is relaxing and helps alleviate stress.
The power of reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot can bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.

I studied foot charts to learn where to apply pressure to specific areas on the feet. With my Reflexology treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us.
Reflexology is often combined with my other massage therapies.

With some similarities to reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow.  It helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Trigger points exist throughout the body. By focusing my energy and my touch on these trigger points you are able to release tension. Through the use of trigger point massage techniques,  I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
